Human Resource Manager
Dawn began her career at NAFI in 1996 as a Direct Care Worker in a residential program. Over the years, she took on various roles in different residential settings before moving to the agency's Foster Care program, where she handled both case management and administrative responsibilities.
After a decade of working directly with children, Dawn transitioned to Human Resource Manager for the Rhode Island Region in 2006. In her current role, she oversees onboarding and orientation for new employees, manages employee relations and grievances, and assists with hiring and retention efforts. Dawn collaborates closely with program leadership to ensure that all employees are treated with dignity and respect, fostering a positive work environment.
