Information Technology Manager (IT)
John's career at NAFI began in 1994, where he initially worked in residential services. Over the years, he advanced through various roles in residential and foster care, including Supervisor, Assistant Director, and Program Director. John’s passion for training emerged as he became a facilitator for NAFI employees, emphasizing the Normative Approach, the root of the organization's foundation.
In 2006, John made a significant shift to Information Technology Manager. In this role, he oversees all IT functions for the Rhode Island and New York regions, focusing on standardizing systems, ensuring network security, and exploring new technology solutions. His diverse experience reflects a unique blend of social services and technology management.
