Each year, during the Thanksgiving season, we invite our employees to share “gratitude grams” with one another. These messages of appreciation provide a glimpse into the incredible support and commitment our employees demonstrate all year long in carrying out the vital and vibrant human services mission of the NAFI operations in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New York.
The gratitude grams have been featured in posts on the NAFI CT Facebook page and we thought it would be nice to share some of them on the website, too.
Alison (Ali) Rodino (NAFI RI):
To Ali Rodino for doing “whatever it takes” to keep the leadership team and the EOS program running smoothly. Your incredible attunement to know when to lend a helping hand and pick up tasks to lighten the load wherever you see the chance has not gone unnoticed. Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts being so KIND and supportive.
Amanda Kobryn (NAFI CT):
Much gratitude for Amanda Kobryn – for holding down this team and taking on any responsibility or task I ask of her… and for also remaining positive no matter what seems to be thrown our way! Very grateful to have her on my team!
Liz Sitler (NAFI CT)
I would like to express gratitude toward PPP’s amazing program director Liz Sitler! Liz has been an amazing supporter through all of the chaos and program changes that this pandemic has brought us. She is a fierce advocate for our staff as well as our clients, and is always there with support and encouragement. We could not do this without her! Marisely Rodriguez (NAFI NY)
The Wraparound Program is thankful for Marisely Rodriguez. Marisely is dedicated, devoted, passionate, kind, compassionate, helpful, hard-working, a team player, and a great baker too. Marisely brings this to the Wraparound Program team day in and day out. Marisely always has a smile on her face and is always there to help the team out whenever. Marisely played an important role during this year of COVID and changes for our team by carrying the whole clinical caseload from June to October. Marisely ensured that all of our client’s needs were met. Marisely is a vital piece of the Wraparound Program success, and the program is lucky to have her as our senior clinician. Thank you.
Marisely Rodriguez – No matter how hard things get, you can always count on Marisely for a smile. While down staffed, Marisely stepped in and covered the clinical services for all Wraparound clients. However, her commitment doesn’t stop at the clients. Marisely always makes sure the office has small morale boosters like tea and homemade baked goods to keep us going. Thank you for always looking out for us, Marisely!
