Providence, RI – NAFI Rhode Island is proud to announce it has been named a 2025 Top Workplace by the Providence Journal, ranking #3 among midsize companies in the state. The agency also received special recognition for Best Managers, highlighting the leadership and dedication of its team. Earlier this year, NAFI Rhode Island and it’s partners at NAFI Connecticut, Inc. also earned recognition as a USA Today Top Workplace.
This marks the fourth consecutive year that NAFI Rhode Island has been recognized as a Top Workplace in the state, highlighting the dedication, energy, and passion of its employees who support children, families, and adults every day.
The Top Workplaces awards are based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey administered by Energage, LLC, a third-party employee engagement partner. The survey assesses multiple aspects of workplace culture, including employee engagement, organizational health, and overall satisfaction.
