NAFI RI’s Enhanced Outpatient Services (EOS) brings therapy and support directly to families’ homes across Rhode Island.

Designed for children and adolescents ages 3-18 (expanding to 21 with an in-home caregiver) with severe emotional and behavioral challenges, EOS provides intensive, family-centered care to help stabilize children and young adults at risk of hospitalization or out-of-home placement. With a strengths-based approach, EOS empowers families to manage challenges independently, reducing reliance on outside interventions.
